"English Villages"

Hi there!
Not that I want to make free publicity for anybody, but here's a video that you can watch to know about a special English-learning experience.
There are some questions to answer below. (The key to the answers is in the "comments").

1. How does the programme work? Who are the "teachers" and who are the "students"?
2. What type of classes do the "students" get?
3. Do the students already know some English when they go to the English village?
4. Do the Anglos come from the same country?
5. What's the accommodation like?
6. How long does the programme last?
7. Do the "Anglos" have to pay for something? What do they get for their "work"?
8. What kind of activities are included in the programme?
9. What are the requirements to be selected as a "teacher"?
10. Would you like to take part in the programme? I guess you'd need to get more information on it, wouldn't you? Make a few web searches and tell us something about what you think (also in the "comments").

KEY:
1. The "teachers" exchange a week of English for a holiday in Spain. They're 16 volunteers. The students are 16 Spanish executives who pay to live a week in English in what's called "Vaughan's town".
2. It isn't regular English, it's not grammar. It's conversational, idiomatic, "real" English. Participants are put in one-to-one situations and they chat on different topics. Sometimes they're given an idiom (an English expression) and they start talking around that idiom.
3. Yes, they have the basic knowledge at least, and the idea is to immerse in the language to improve it.
4. No, they're from all over the world (e.g. they have New Zealanders, Irish, Australians, etc). The programme wants participants to be exposed to all kinds of English accents.
5. It's like a four-star hotel. Each participant has their own room with a jacuzzi, and there's a swimming pool for everybody.
6. It lasts six days.
7. The Anglos have to pay for their air fare. Everything else is included (accommodation, transportation, all the meals).
8. Apart from one-to-one conversation, they have meals together and entertainment is provided so that the participants can learn and speak English while they're having fun. The Spaniards also have to do a presentation for the Anglos.
9. To be eligible as an Anglo, you are required to be able to talk a lot, be sociable, that's all.
10. ...
